Luke and Alexander (co-founders) have made the choice to honor the pleasure & laconvivialité in a warm atmosphere where gourmets will appreciate the meat pieces cooked with respect for their taste.

Seated around a heart of oak in guest tables or table in small groups (the address welcomes 32 seats), immersion guaranteed to discover, taste and savor superior steaks
Rubia in Direct matured from Galicia in Spain, Uruguay, Australia, Riverine Argentina, New Zealand All Blacks and the famous Wagyu. And every week a steak selected map. An exclusive concept by Atelier carnem!
Other pieces of "barback" do not let your taste buds insensitive, like this T-bone (side) of milk calf Limousin morel sauce, the carnem Hamburger (cooked steak tartare way ) or of this individual piece of roast beef with garlic at home, not to mention the famous piece Tomahawk (rib of beef with bones) depending on availability.
Freshness and origin of products, minute cooking (pieces of meat entered on a plancha or grilled in contact with vine shoots flames up organic eggs brunch "scrambled" minute), impeccable quality standards that are part of DNA of the address.
